My dealings have been with Travis (the owner) and Colby (a senior, expert roofer). In my case, there was storm damage involved and these men worked patiently—over a period of months!—to achieve the hoped-for result with my insurance company. These men know their business—that’s obvious within the first few minutes of meeting them. I’m the sort of person who asks a lot a questions and I’ve never felt rushed me to make a decision. When I call them, they answer, and they’re extremely responsive when the issue is urgent. Their courtesy is ever-present, as is their honesty. Finding all of these wonderful qualities in a roofer—or, for that matter, in any person of any profession—can be difficult, and I feel so blessed to have found Southern Integrity Roofing. out of 5 starsI was SHOCKED!! Eric came knocking at the front door of my home, for a chance to do an inspection for roof damage. Not something I usually would do but he was nice and accommodating, so I said why not. He mentioned his inspector David Lea was in area and would be glad to stop by. Honestly I did think "storm chasers". I had to leave, so I said call me with results. I was waiting for a call about how bad the roof was and the "don't worry we work with insurance companies all the time" speech. David called and told me the roof was in pretty good shape, and didn't need any work at this time. I can't speak for their work, but if it's as solid as their integrity, I would give them a try if I needed to. Thanks for the honesty guys. Every business has it share of shady participants that lower our expectations, but this experience was refreshing, and if I have a need personally or for my commercial building in the future, I will defiantly give them a call. out of 5 starsMy roof was almost 19 years old, end of it’s life with no Storm/hail damage, just old. Jon Cook is great. He was very helpful and worked with me. He came over when I asked him , to ask questions. Very nice, professional and not pushy which turns me off. The roof crew was very nice and great. My animals and I weren’t traumatized by the noise when the roof was being put on. They cleaned up the yard great, no nails found. The roof is gorgeous. Jon supervised the work, found and fixed several problems found when roof was removed. I am very pleased with the roof and would recommend Jon Cook and Southern Integrity Roofing. See more See less
